In an effort to explain the differences in the plants and creatures, I was thinking that the creation of a section called "Biology" or "Ecology" might be appropriate. The idea is that plants, animals, and diseases unique to the Trooper World could be placed in that area, with sub-sections addressing "Flora" (plants), "Fauna" (Animals), and disease could be used for the site. This would serve to show how the planet is different from Earth.
Yeah, I'll add one.
Thanks!! I have a few ideas of some other creatures, but I would certainly like to see other people create some unique additions to the environment….
YES YES YES YES YES YES YES
I HAVE SO MUCH GODDAMN BIOLOGY STUFF I NEEDED AN ALTERNATE WORLD TO PUT IN
YES YES YES
EDIT: Added some bases for more fauna. Other projects include formerly extinct creatures - Tasmanian Wolf (Thylacine), Elephant Bird - a small species of terror bird, and making some real-world crypids real trooper creatures - The Onza, Senmurv (peacock-like scavenger bird, related to vultures) - the like. I also have some work from a former project I did, involving expanding the hyena family.
I like it!! Let's see what more creatures are around the planet. I am interested in seeing what other creatures can be brought to this world. Maybe there are domesticated mastadons or woolly mammoths on this ATL. Coming soon will be the rise of the Megaladon sharks!!
I was actually considering doing a drawf elephant…
Maybe they could be endemic near Cahuac and Sina. I can just imagine jungle warfare with these guys, in the ages before the First Great War, and maybe as improvised artillery-piece carriers in the third one.
I feel like I should just do a single page for several human-extinct species. Stuff like tasmanian wolves and moas…
Actually, I think you should keep them separate. I am pretty sure that by keeping them separate and distinct, the page will be better able to demonstrate how different this world is from OTL and Earth. So far, this world is developing a distinct feel of Wings of Honeamise and the Final Fantasy worlds. Let's keep things strange…
