Who Wants to Host A Technocratic Terrorist Organization?
The idea I am thinking of is a technocratic terrorist organization, based on the books Atlas Shrugged and the Foundation trilogy. The concept is that like in those novels, a group of intellectual elite believe that society has become "corrupt and decadent". As such, they believe that the only way to redeem society is to create a series of enclaves where well-equipped scientists and "true believers" could wait for the "end of civilization". Unfortunately, reality sets in, and much like the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) in Uganda, they degrade into a series of terrorist actions, child abductions/slavery, ethnic cleansing, human-trafficking, et al.
So who wants to host these international terrorists?
